Green Flash Apartments is located at a perfect location for viewing beautiful sunsets & green flashes, this is a very relaxing quite area perfect for studying.

Perfect if you are a beach or water sports enthusiast as there is a beach! It is the best surfing spot on the island! There is a safe semi-private sand and coral beach to relax and for entertainment.

The large gated verandas offer direct access to the sea with the opportunity to surf, snorkel, fish and swim plus there is use of private swimming pool. Swim and play in the crystal clear pool and enjoy spectacular sunset views. The beach garden is very peaceful and has cherry tree, an orange tree, coconut palms, beach almonds, beach grapes and pineapples.

Apartments all have AC units, hot water & are fully furnished with washing machines, dryers & kitchen appliances.

We are ideally located near to popular beaches, shopping malls and restaurants. Situated 5 minutes from University Club with SGU bus route and direct drop off during the evening and night. Parking available on site.

The owner Dr June Douglas lives on site, is an Associate Professor of English.  St. George's University #SGU  

 

All prices are inclusive of gas, wifi and water. Electric is monitored on meters for each apartment & bills distributed monthly.

Well behaved pets are welcome. The private gardens, semiprivate beach, friendly Neiborhood is perfect for dog owners with plenty space to exercise dogs. 

 

There is a very friendly dog living on site.
